A recipe for people who do not eat sweet !!

  • 350g flour
  • 400ml milk

RECIPE PREPARATION Beer pancakes:

In a bowl, make the pancake dough from all the ingredients, then let it rest for 5 minutes, then make the pancakes.

For the filling, put the diced ham in a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil (if the ham is fat, don't add oil) and heat it, not too hard, add the diced cheese and a few sprigs of parsley.

Put the filling on half of the pancake, cover and serve with a glass of beer.

Method of preparation:

Pancakes: mix 2 eggs with 8 tablespoons of flour (add 1 tablespoon of flour to 1 egg), add salt and pepper, then slowly, slowly the beer. You can make them as thick or thin as you want, I made them thinner so I could run them easier.

Filling: finely chop an onion, cook a little, then add the meat. The meat is simmered with a little water, now it is seasoned with salt, pepper and I also use Herbes Proven & ccedilale (a mixture of dried greens) but you can use what you want to taste, after it decreases it is fried in the little remaining oil and it's ready. I can't tell you the exact amount of meat, I put an 800 gr casserole and I filled nine pancakes. My mother says it's a lot, but that's how it turned out for me.

At the end, fill the pancakes with meat, a little grated cheese and roll and tie the ends with string. Put them in the pan, sprinkle a little cheese and bake for 15 minutes. This is all. Good appetite.
