Chicken pie

Let the dough thaw.

Peel an onion, finely chop it and put it in oil for 3-4 minutes.

Add the minced meat and stir so that it doesn't stick, until it leaves the juice.

Add salt, pepper, chopped parsley and dill and simmer until the juice is reduced and the meat is done.

Leave to cool a little and mix with beaten eggs.

On the floured table, put the dough and smooth it with the rolling pin. Divide the eyes, in three, on the long side and the thirds of the parts are cut into 1.5-2 cm strips.

Put the meat on the middle strip, uncut, and cover alternately with the strips on the edge.

Put the pie in a tray on baking paper. Grease with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Put the tray in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes.

Cut cold and serve.
