- 14 pieces of bell pepper (to be large and fleshy)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 larger cloves of garlic
- 50 ml vinegar
- 150 ml water
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Baked pepper salad:
Wash the peppers and put them in a pan in the oven (they can also be baked on the grill). We turn them on both sides, then when we take them out we sprinkle a little salt and cover for 10 minutes (salt helps to clean the skin of the pepper)
Meanwhile, prepare the salad solution: put in a bowl 150 ml of water, vinegar, salt, crushed garlic, sugar and pepper and mix well.
Peel the peppers and put them in the solution obtained. It is a very good salad.
