for the first time, I made cabbage with chicken, I loved it

- a cabbage
- a cup of rice
- sour cream
- a small onion
- dried thyme

RECIPE PREPARATION Cabbage in Cluj by Teo:
Finely chop the onion, heat it in oil, then remove the cabbage cut into slices or grate, season with salt and pepper to taste and leave until the cabbage softens.
In another pot, boil the meat with the rice.
When it is done, the cabbage, as well as the rice and the meat, we put a layer of cabbage, one of rice, then again the cabbage, then a layer of sour cream, and on top of the thighs, if necessary season with salt and pepper, we put dried thyme on top and bake for another 20 minutes.
Serve with hot peppers.
