Apple pie

I made St. John's pie ... We were already too full of everything and I decided to make something simple, fast and easy ... And ... very, very tasty !!!

  • It took
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 10 tablespoons sugar
  • 10 tablespoons oil
  • 10 tablespoons milk
  • 13 tablespoons flour
  • a baking powder.
  • For the filling
  • 6-8 apples
  • sugar to taste
  • cinnamon.

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


Rub eggs with sugar, add oil little by little and mix until smooth. Mix the flour with the baking powder and place it over the previous mixture, alternating with the milk. The dough should flow when taken with a spoon, but be thicker than the pancakes.

Peel the apples, grate them or cut them into cubes (according to your preferences), heat them together with the sugar until the juice they leave decreases. When they are hardened, add cinnamon. Line the tray with butter and flour, put half of the dough composition, put it in the preheated oven for 5 minutes, take it out, put the apples and the rest of the composition on top (spread with a spoon) and put it in the oven for about 30- 40 minutes.
