A sensationally good salad, the plates were empty in a few minutes.
- 1 kg potatoes,
- 1/2 onion,
- 300 gr smoked chicken breast,
- 8 mushrooms,
- 150 gr green olives with peppers,
- 3 eggs,
- a little green parsley and dried oregano,
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce,
- 2 tablespoons vinegar,
- 2 tablespoons oil.

RECIPE PREPARATION Potato salad with mushrooms and chicken:
I boiled the potatoes, as well as the eggs.
I chopped the boiled potatoes into cubes, I take sliced eggs. I cut the olives in half, the julienned onion, and the chicken breast into smaller pieces.
I cut the mushrooms into 4. I put them to harden in a little oil, I added oregano and soy sauce over them. When they were ready, I drained them well of the liquid formed in the pan and let them cool.
I put in a bowl the potatoes, onions, mushrooms, chicken, olives and egg slices.
I added a little salt, oil and vinegar.
I decorated with green parsley.
