Radautean soup

We clean the roots, wash them, cut them into larger pieces and put them in a pan,

Add clean onions, peeled carrots and cut in 2, thyme sprig, bay leaves, peppercorns, chicken and water

Put the pan on the fire and let it boil until they are cooked,

Remove the meat and vegetables, and add a little water to the last juice

Add the carrots and diced parsley root, the diced meat and put the pot back on the fire,

In a bowl mix the yolks with sour cream and flour,

When the soup starts to boil again, take it with a polish and add a little over the cream mixture, stirring constantly, taking care not to make lumps.

Add to the soup and let it boil for another 10 minutes, during which time add the crushed garlic, vinegar and spices to taste, chopped green parsley.

Meanwhile, heat 1 grated carrot in a little oil, then add to the soup to get a nice color,
