First we peel the apples, cut them into thin slices (I used the robot) and mix them with the lemon juice and peel. We leave them aside until we prepare the dough.
For the dough, mix the eggs with the sugar and a pinch of salt until they froth (I used the robot). Add the vanilla sugar, melted butter, milk, sifted flour, baking powder and mix well.
Add the apples to this mixture and mix lightly with a spatula until they are perfectly incorporated.
We pour the composition in a round shape of 22 cm greased with butter. (I used a silicone mold and there was no need to grease it)
Bake at 180 degrees for 50-60 min. After removing from the oven, allow to cool, remove from the pan and sprinkle with vanilla powdered sugar and cinnamon.
