Little Salad Bar Grab & Go Mini Meals

We are actually marking our calendars for August 7, because we can’t wait for these “mini meals” to hit Aldi stores! Little Salad Bar is one of our favorite healthy brands at Aldi, and their newest product is sure to be a hit.

You can decide between two different salad packs—Couscous Salad or Seven-Grain Salad—both of which also come with hummus, flatbread crackers, and a delicious-looking trail mix. And at $3.49 per box, you’d be hard pressed to find a cheaper healthy lunch!

Park Street Deli Salsas

Our staff is pretty obsessed with salsa, and we believe it’s best enjoyed with all the fresh produce and grilled meats summer has to offer. This new line of salsas looks super fresh, and with names like Chipotle Cilantro, Black Bean & Corn, and Chunky Mango, we just know they will be the perfect topping for our favorite grilled chicken and seafood recipes.

We’re also sure they’ll be just as delicious on their own as an easy dip for entertaining. You’ll be able to find these new salsas on August 14 for $2.49 per 16-ounce jar.

Southern Grove Pistachio Chewy Bites

We’re always looking for a new healthy snack to get us through that 2 p.m. slump, so we can’t wait to try these fruit-and-nut bites! These adorable, perfectly portioned snacks have two varieties—Cranberry and Blueberry—which offer a surprising 5-7g protein boost. You’ll be able to find these six-serving packs on August 7 for $3.89.

Earth Grown Non-Dairy Oat-Based Pints

In case you missed it, oat milk is everywhere right now, and we’re so excited for Aldi to debut a line of oat milk-based ice cream! The grocer is releasing these frozen desserts through their vegan Earth Grown line, which will have three tasty flavors—Chocolate, Cold Brew, and Vanilla Cookie Chip. The best part? These flavors will cost you less than $5 per pint! Be on the lookout for them starting August 14.

Looking for more Aldi secrets?

Park Street Deli Hummus & Pretzels Snack Cups

Pretzels with hummus is one of our favorite savory combinations, and now Aldi is about to make it 10 times easier to enjoy them together. Park Street Deli will start selling pretzel and hummus packs in three different flavors—Cilantro-Jalapeño, Classic, and Roasted Red Pepper—for just $1.69 per pack on August 7. We can’t wait to try them all!

Specially Selected Spirit-Infused Salsas

We are pretty big fans of Trader Joe’s new Bloody Mary Salsa, so we can’t wait to get our hands on these spirit-infused varieties on August 21. These salsas come in three intriguing flavors—Blood Orange Whiskey, Apple Bourbon, and Pineapple & Rum—and you can buy them for $2.29 per 16-ounce jar.

Barissimo Fair Trade Certified Coffee Pods

We are LOVING this new Fair Trade coffee option for our office Keurig! Barissimo will launch two new flavors of coffee pods—Creme Brulee and Cinnamon Vanilla Nut—starting August 7. Bonus: you can get a box of 18 pods for just $4.99.

Simply Nature Organic Chicken Sausage

Chicken sausage is all the rage these days as more research begins to highlight the potential hazards of consuming too much processed meat. We are here for these delicious-sounding Green Chile and BBQ Seasoned flavors, which will be coming to an Aldi near you on August 14. You’ll be able to find a pack of five for just $4.99.

Dancing Flame Rosé

If you haven’t tried wine from Aldi yet, you are seriously missing out! One of our favorite food retailers is home to some award-winning and well-priced bottles of vino. We are super pumped about a new rosé option coming to Aldi on August 7—Dancing Flame Rosé—and it will only cost $4.99 per bottle. Sound the alarm!

Classic Shrimp Scampi

We can't get enough of shrimp scampi! Do we love it because it&rsquos simple but seemingly fancy? Or because it&rsquos done in 30 minutes? Or because we just can&rsquot resist a buttery wine sauce? All of the above!

Turmeric Chicken Flatbread

Turmeric is popular in smoothies and juices, but we upped the ante and used it to season boneless chicken thighs. Mixed with pumpkin pie spice, it makes a flavorful seasoning for boneless, skinless chicken thighs. Served on top of crispy naan and drizzled on a tangy yogurt sauce, you've got a complete meal in just 20 minutes!

Sweet and Sour Glazed Shrimp

You won't believe how easy it is to get the perfect balance of flavors for this shrimp. Just mix Chinese plum sauce, ketchup and rice wine vinegar.

Sesame Pork Milanese

Pounding the pork chops thin helps speed the cooking process, allowing you to pull this whole dish together in just 30 minutes. If you don&rsquot have a meat mallet you can use a heavy skillet, instead.

Chicken Scampi Pasta

Chicken takes the place of shrimp in this dish inspired by the Olive Garden classic &mdash making it even more weeknight friendly. This recipe gets you in and out of the kitchen in less than 30 minutes.

BLT Bean Salad

All the flavors of a classic BLT sandwich come together in this hearty bean salad. The homemade herb-mayo dressing adds freshness while the crisp bacon and croutons add a welcomed crunch. It's a great way to use up those pantry beans.

Indian-Spiced Pepper Steak

The secret to this quick dinner's Indian-spiced flavor is a mixture of warm, earthy spices with bright vegetables and hot peppers.

Hot Sausage Cast-Iron Skillet Pan Pizza

The key to a pan pizza is preheating the pan so the dough starts to cook right after it is placed inside. That'll help you get a super crispy crust on the bottom.

Buffalo Chicken Enchiladas

Stuff corn tortillas with a cheesy Buffalo chicken filling for a mashup you'll crave again and again. It's an easy weeknight winner, thanks to rotisserie chicken.

20-Minute Sausage and Pepper Ravioli Skillet

We took the favorite Italian flavor combo of sausage and peppers and put them in an easy weeknight dish that can be on the table in just 20 minutes. Cook the store-bought ravioli and colorful sauce at the same time, then finish by heating them in the same pan. Melted provolone is the crowning touch.

Pork Chops Pizzaiola

Crispy Chicken Thighs with Caramelized Lemon Rinds

The next time you juice a lemon, don't toss the rinds! Instead, wrap them up and save them in the fridge, then make this easy chicken recipe. It works with zested lemon rinds, too. The rinds get cooked down with the chicken and maple syrup, resulting in sweet and tangy pan drippings designed for drizzling over everything.

Pretzel-Mustard-Crusted Pork Sliders

Playing off the classic pairing of pretzels and mustard, we've transformed the everyday pork tenderloin into something truly special. First, we slice it into thin cutlets. Then we coat the cutlets with an egg and mustard mixture and roll them in pretzel crumbs. Fried until crisp and tucked into adorable slider buns, they're topped with a creamy, tangy mustard sauce for an irresistible weeknight meal.

Escarole and Bean Soup

A hearty dinner doesn't need to include meat &mdash just ask Giada. This classic Italian soup is filled with tart escarole and hearty cannellini beans. A chunk of Parmesan is the secret ingredient that makes the soup silky and rich.

Stuffed Cabbage Cups

This fresh and faster take on classic steamed cabbage rolls takes half the time but does not sacrifice on flavor. It's also a cinch to prepare, with no fussy filling and rolling each cabbage leaf before cooking. Instead, the sauteed filling is simply scooped into boiled cabbage leaves and topped with a creamy tomato sauce before serving. It's a meaty, hearty and completely satisfying meal for a busy weeknight.

Ravioli with Lemon, Peas and Pancetta

We love a good quick-fix dinner &mdash like this one, made from packaged ravioli. We elevate the pre-made pasta by creating a simple, homemade sauce with lemon, butter and cheese. Peas and pancetta make it a meal.

Some of the most popular vegetables are carrots, cucumber, celery, kale, spinach, beets, and romaine. The most popular fruits to use in juicing are lemons, oranges, apples, and limes. Other add-ins are fresh ginger, parsley, chlorella, and turmeric.

  • Kale – insanely low in calories, powerful anti-oxidant with anti-inflammatory properties, and helpful for arthritis and autoimmune diseases
  • Spinach – the beauty of spinach lies in how easy it is to disguise the taste. It’s mild tasting yet packed with vitamins, has anti-cancerous properties, and is one of the healthiest foods on the planet
  • Cucumber – since it’s 95% water, it’s an incredible detoxifier and helps with liver and kidney function
  • Lemon – one of the most important items to stock in your kitchen as it’s a highly effective cleansing agent and cuts through the bitterness of greens
  • Carrots – known for being a good source of beta-carotene, fiber, vitamin K, and potassium. Carrots have been linked to lower cholesterol levels and improved eye health

  • Celery – low in calories since it is mostly water. It is a low-glycemic food and a good source of dietary fiber, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Vitamin K.
  • Beets – contain nutrients that may help lower your blood pressure, fight inflammation, and support detoxification.
  • Apples – “an apple a day keeps the doctor away” is a famous saying for good reason. Helps to fight inflammation and heart health.
  • Oranges – immune system booster since it is high in Vitamin C and low in calories.
  • Turmeric – anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties
  • Ginger – aids in digestion and supports the immune system
