Let the dough sheet thaw at room temperature, then portion it into four equal parts.
In four mini-cake tins, lined with muffin paper, place the sliced puff pastry dough and dress nicely by pressing the dough inside, so as to give it a somewhat round shape, but we also leave some visible corners to look more interesting.
Prick the dough from the base with a fork and place a tablespoon of cheese inside.
Place the slices of sausage on top of the cheese, pre-fried, then cubes of donuts and pieces of dehydrated tomatoes and break an egg in the middle.
Place the mini-cake tins in a tray, so as not to have any surprises during baking, and put the tray in the oven for 20 minutes at 190 degrees, or until the puff pastry is well browned and the eggs are cooked.
5 minutes before turning off the heat, sprinkle a little mozzarella on top, to gratinate the baskets nicely.
We serve them hot, along with a good yogurt, coffee or tea.
They are very good and effective, and the donuts and dehydrated tomatoes went great in this combination, with their slightly sour taste.
