Apple jam. The most delicious recipe

Apple jam. The most delicious APPLE SWEET. The smell of apple is reminiscent of Christmas and a fine sweetness can brighten a frosty winter morning. Apple jam is easy to prepare and is preferred by most. In order for success to be guaranteed, all you have to do is follow the steps of the recipe presented below by Vocea.biz, which is economical, easy to make and the result is simply delicious.

INGREDIENT dapple jug:

1 kg of sugar
1 kg of apples weighed after being cleaned
juice of 2-3 lemons to prevent sugaring

PREPARATION dapple jug:

The apples in the jam must be cleaned so as not to see any surprises with the peels. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into pieces the size you want. However, the finer the pieces are cut, the shorter the preparation of the jam will be.

Apple jam. The most delicious APPLE SWEET

Take an enameled saucepan and alternately place a layer of apples, then a layer of sugar. Continue this procedure until the fruit and sugar are finished. When you have finished this operation, leave the pan aside for 2-3 hours, until the sugar dissolves and leave the juice, then put it on the stove over high heat to bind the syrup.

ATTENTION: No water is added at all. Lemon can be added either sliced or peeled. In this case you will have a more bitter sweetness.

Boil until the syrup that is taken with the spoon leaves several drops at once and the apple pieces float through the whole syrup to the bottom of the pot. It is very important not to keep the syrup on the fire too long as the sugar will caramelize.

Apple jam. The most delicious APPLE SWEET

After removing the pan from the heat, you need to collect the foam that has accumulated on top. Do not do this while the apple jam is boiling, as the foam will continue to accumulate. It is enough if you remove it at the end.

The pan in which you boiled the apple jam is covered with a napkin soaked in water but very well squeezed. This prevents the formation of sugar crystals on the surface. Leave the apple jam to cool, then pour it into jars.

Mexican night at home can mean many things to different people. For us, it usually includes some quality restaurant food. And just below is a large bowl of roasted beans .

If we eat Mexican, there will be chips involved and that means we need something delicious to soften them. So we have options!

This recipe takes a box of beans every day that you can buy at any grocery store and throws them into something very close to what you would get at your favorite Mexican place!

    Acacia jam recipe

Yesterday I made acacia jam for the first time. It's an interesting experience, because its texture is different from any sweetness I've eaten so far. It is different even from shock sweetness.

The flowers remain slightly crunchy, they do not melt in your mouth, as happens when you eat fruit jam, for example. You even chew on them for a while. But it's a fine combination of textures, which complement each other and turn this acacia jam into an interesting and worth trying one.

I mention that I also used raw sugar, and this certainly influenced both the color and the taste. The color came out copper.

It is fragrant and interesting, but I can honestly say that it may not be to the liking of more capricious children, for example, because of the flowers.

If you like flowers in the raw state, then this jam will be to your liking!

    APPLE JAR PREPARATION:

Wash the apples well and peel them. They are given on the large grater. If you have a food processor, cut them in half, remove the spine and pass them through the food processor.

Place in a larger bowl, sprinkle with lemon juice and sprinkle with sugar. Cinnamon is added. Put in the fridge for 2-3 hours for the fruit to leave juice. Lemon placed on grated apples will prevent them from oxidizing.

After leaving the juice, they are put in a saucepan with a thick bottom on the bottom of which a few drops of oil were preventively applied. Put on low heat and stir from time to time, so that it does not stick to the pot. It is ready when the jam has consistency and the apples have acquired a glassy appearance

Put the apple jam hot in jars. The jars must be perfectly clean and dry.

Apple jam. The most delicious APPLE GEM RECIPE:

ATTENTION: Place the jars before filling them with something metallic, either a knife blade or a metal tray. This will take over the heat and the jars will not crack.

Immediately sprinkle a little sugar in each jar and put them in the hot oven, after turning off the heat. Caramelized sugar forms a film that will protect the jam.

When the film has hardened, remove the jars and seal tightly with a lid or cellophane. Wrap well and allow to cool slowly.

step 2. Take a pan and place alternately a layer of apples and a layer of sugar. Continuing like this until all the fruits and sugar are finished. Then sprinkle with lemon juice. When you have finished this operation, leave the pan aside for 60 minutes, to dissolve the sugar and leave the juice.

step 3. Put the pan on the stove over high heat to bind the syrup. Squeeze the foam that has accumulated on top.

step 4. Boil until the jam becomes consistent. After removing the pan from the heat, cover with a wet but well-squeezed towel. This avoids the formation of sugar crystals on the surface. After it has cooled a little, pour the jam into washed and sterilized jars. Enjoy your meal!
