- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 3 large leaves of sauerkraut

RECIPE PREPARATION Pork pulp in cabbage leaves:
Put the lard in a bowl and mix well with the spices.
The piece of washed, dried pork leg is greased with seasoning lard.
Dress it well with cabbage leaves.
Take a ceramic bowl, which has been full of water for 20 minutes and put the pulp in it.
Put the covered dish in the oven for an hour.
Remove the dish from the oven, take the cabbage leaves and place it in the oven without a lid, to brown the meat.
Serve with the garnish, but also without.
I added salt because my cabbage is not very salty.
