Leek food with olives

Because as soon as we enter fasting, a lot of delicious recipes come to mind, including this one.

  • 2-3 leek stalks (as young as possible)
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon pepper paste
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • dried thyme
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 70 ml white wine
  • finely chopped green parsley
  • a good hand black olives

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Leek food with olives:

We clean the onion and the leek.

Finely chop the onion and leek into pieces of about 2 cm. Put the onion to harden in hot oil. When the onion has softened, add the leek pieces. Leave them for a few minutes, then add the pepper paste and the tomato paste. Extinguish with warm water. Add salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaf, wine and bring to a boil, then transfer the food to a bowl.
