RECIPE PREPARATION Leek food with olives:
We clean the onion and the leek.
Finely chop the onion and leek into pieces of about 2 cm. Put the onion to harden in hot oil. When the onion has softened, add the leek pieces. Add salt, pepper, thyme, bay leaf, wine and bring to a boil, then transfer the food to a bowl.
