  • 1 liter and 500 ml of milk
  • 100 gr round rice
  • 200 ml water
  • half a cup (coffee) sugar
  • 80 gr cornstarch
  • 1 sachet of vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

RECIPE PREPARATION Rice with milk and cinnamon:

First, put the water and rice in a saucepan to boil and when the water has been absorbed, add the sugar. From the total milk, we keep a cup aside, and the rest we pour into the pan. Let the composition boil, stirring constantly so that it does not stick to them! Meanwhile, in a bowl we put the remaining milk, vanilla and starch. We mix with the target and we put in the composition from the pan that we take it on the fire. Put it on the fire again and let it boil for a few more minutes. At the end, pour the composition into cups, let it cool very well, sprinkle with cinnamon and it's ready to serve!

  • 175 g Panzani rice with Bob Mare
  • 1L milk
  • Mint
  • 300 ml liquid cream
  • 200 ml condensed milk
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 small orange
  • 1 small lemon
  • 100 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 vanilla pod

Preparation

  1. Mix liquid cream, milk, citrus peel, cinnamon and vanilla in a saucepan. Leave to infuse on the fire for 15 minutes.
  2. Wash the rice in cold water and drain.
  3. When the mixture boils, add the washed rice and leave on medium - low heat for 18 minutes.
  4. Remove the citrus peel, cinnamon and vanilla, then add the egg yolk, condensed milk and mix well.
  5. After everything hardens, put it in the fridge for about 3 hours. After it has cooled, sprinkle well with brown sugar. Sugar can be burned with a burner.
