Cheese edge pizza

Crush the yeast with a fork and mix with warm water in which we dissolved the sugar. Sprinkle a little flour and leave to rise for 10 = 15 minutes.

Put the sifted flour in a bowl, add salt to one side and make a hole in the middle, pour the yeast and oil, mix and knead an elastic dough that no longer sticks. Leave to rise for an hour or until it doubles in volume.

Pour on the table (does not require extra flour) and divide into two parts. One side is spread with the rolling pin in the tray lined with baking paper, the other is spread in a long strip, one palm wide. On the dough strip, spread the grated telemeau and mixed with yogurt, roll the roll, and then cut 2cm wide slices. Place each piece on the edge of the pizza dough.

Grease the worktop with ketchup. Sprinkle with salami, mushrooms, olives, corn, each to your liking and depending on what you have in the fridge. Season. Grate the cheese and place in the oven. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes (or as you know the oven will bake).
