Put in a bowl the meat, crushed garlic, breadcrumbs, egg and chopped parsley.

Mix well and add salt and pepper to taste.

From the dough we make balls.

In a frying pan with hot oil, fry the meatballs well on both sides.

Serve with potatoes, in sauce ... or even just with a salad.
